Nous vous accueillons avec et sans rendez-vous du lundi au samedi et restons à votre écoute par téléphone et réseaux sociaux également.

I have just purchased a used vehicle (Mini) from Alsace Auto Live, and I am very satisfied with the transaction, which was carried out in a very short time (car chosen on the Internet Saturday 02/15, officially ordered Monday 02/17, delivered to Reims Friday 02/21 at 8 a.m.!). I would like to thank and particularly highlight the professionalism and efficiency of Mr. Harun Kibar, as well as his availability and responsiveness, he answered all my questions instantly and kept me informed of the preparation of the vehicle daily until delivery (top carriers by the way, thanks to them too!). Due to the distance, all the procedures were done by telephone, by video, and were clearly explained to me, the car was carefully prepared and arrived in excellent condition. I am therefore very satisfied with this garage and would not hesitate to recommend it.
