I have just acquired this used 320D Touring and the experience I had with the BMW CHARRIER Cholet dealership is truly unique. I asked for information on Friday evening and on Saturday morning, Mr. Nicolas CAUVEAU called me back and began a relationship of trust thanks to this great professional. I would like to thank him because he immediately reassured me without "overdoing it", we immediately feel that he masters his subject and that a very positive spirit reigns at BMW CHARRIER. So I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. CHAUVEAU, thank you also to Hugo who came to pick me up at the station this morning and to all the other employees who never fail to greet, smile and be considerate.
