Having recently purchased a one-year-old X4, I noticed several scratches on the rear rocker panel and on the wheel arch on the inside of one of the doors. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the salesperson who came to my home to collect the vehicle and address these minor issues. In the meantime, the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle until the repairs are completed. I appreciate the responsiveness of this BMW dealership and highly recommend CHARRIER dealerships.
