It was somewhat by chance, while searching online for a used BMW X5, that I stumbled upon an interesting ad at Car Design Import. I was a little hesitant to buy an imported vehicle from a dealer I didn't know, but I spoke with Hervé on the phone and he was fantastic! First, he talked with me to fully understand my needs and desires. Then he searched for vehicles that might fit the bill and quickly got back to me with three very attractive proposals, both in terms of configuration and price, which was significantly lower than the French-made vehicles I could find on La Centrale. Hervé reassured me about buying an imported vehicle. He was very responsive during our discussions and sent me several photos. Once I had selected a vehicle, he started the entire administrative and financial process. Everything was simple and transparent. Hervé is a model salesperson, the kind you rarely see. Very customer-focused, attentive, and always available. It was a real pleasure working with him. The vehicle was delivered to me yesterday in perfect condition (almost new) and exactly as described and pictured. Jean-Pierre, the driver, was incredibly kind. After a 6-hour drive, he arrived at 7:30 pm with a smile and great energy. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend Car Design Import. They are a reliable company with attentive, dedicated, and motivated staff who are truly committed to customer satisfaction. A huge thank you to Hervé and Jean-Pierre 🙏🏻. You guys are the best!

Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase! The purchase, delivery, and satisfaction with my vehicle went very smoothly. A big thank you to Mr. Aragones for his availability and professionalism. However, I'm very disappointed with the administrative side of things... The service is inadequate, with a real lack of follow-up on the documents provided, whether it's the purchase invoice or the vehicle registration application.
