We went through the DA COSTA AUTO garage to purchase our vehicle. The transaction was done remotely after being able to see the vehicle on video. This type of purchase is a risk depending on the garage, it’s all a matter of trust. And what joy to see that everything that was announced to me was respected and even more! On our arrival we waited with excellent coffee, and were very well received. Among my selection criteria, I wanted entirely original paint, (which is rare for a 21-year-old vehicle), an absence of rust on the chassis and a real overhaul. The paint was indeed all original, no repainted or putty parts, and the car was clean. The garage carried out everything in terms of maintenance, on time, and even changed the brake pads and all the filters which were not announced as well as some joints, the cardan bellows and the lubrication transmission shafts. I was able to check the condition of the chassis on a bridge, in short, real professionals who report it to many so-called “premium” dealers. The vehicle test was compliant, in short the whole family is delighted. So, if our opinion can reassure hesitant and suspicious people like us, you can go there with complete confidence. After an initial telephone contact where everything was simple and clear, Mr Da Costa sent us 2 videos to show the car and its options. When we arrived to pick up the car the welcome was more than warm from Mr Da Costa, his wife and his employees. It must be good to work in your garage. In terms of the vehicle, no surprises, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this garage.

I found a Mercedes C class on an ad site which indicated the sale at Dacosta Automobile in Taverny, and I went to see it without thinking about buying. I was very well received by the sales team and was well informed about the vehicle. History etc. After the test I decided to buy it I was also very satisfied with the maintenance follow-up etc., If I had to buy a car again I would return without hesitation, it is a very serious family business.
