On Tuesday morning, we spotted a BMW X3 on Le Bon Coin (a French classifieds website). We called the garage and were given an appointment for 2 PM. Upon arrival, we met Ilies, who showed us the vehicle. The salesman was very welcoming. We liked the car and decided to test drive it, although, being quite meticulous, I told him I'd like it to be spotless when we picked it up. He replied, "No problem, it will be done with four new tires, new brake discs and pads, a full service, and a valid MOT (French roadworthiness test)." We had noticed a small scratch on the lower front of the vehicle. We signed the preliminary sales agreement, and Ilies scheduled us for the handover on Friday at 4 PM. We arrived, and Ilies said, "We'll get your vehicle for you." To our surprise, the car had been cleaned from top to bottom. The small scratch on the front was gone; everything was more than perfect. Ilies and his team are fantastic and, above all, attentive to what the customer is looking for. Thank you to the whole team for this purchase. We will definitely come back to see you if we need to change vehicles again.
