I bought an Audi S3 from this dealership in May 2024, based solely on photos, as part of a custom import. Everything went perfectly: no unpleasant surprises, genuine support from start to finish, and impeccable transparency. Confident, I repeated the experience at the beginning of the summer for the purchase of a Jumpy van for business. Once again, everything was seamless: the vehicle was delivered directly to my home, again purchased based on photos, and exactly as I expected. More recently, I used this dealership again to trade in my S3 and buy an RS3, again based on photos. And as usual: professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness, and zero unpleasant surprises. A huge thank you to Francesco and Lucas for their professionalism. I traveled a long way (500 km) to buy the vehicle, and everything was done to reassure me beforehand and throughout the entire purchase process: information regarding financing, photos and videos of the car, video calls, and written guarantees. They also provided excellent support after the purchase when I encountered a minor issue. They were always available.
