A huge thank you to Francesco and Lucas for their professionalism. I traveled a long way (500 km) to buy the vehicle, and everything was done to reassure me beforehand and throughout the entire purchase process: information regarding financing, photos and videos of the car, video calls, and written guarantees. They also provided excellent support after the purchase when I encountered a minor issue. They were always available.
