We bought a vehicle from VBA automobile an Alpha Romeo stelvio. great welcome by Alexis with a little welcome coffee before presenting the vehicle chosen remotely previously. * vehicle in perfect condition as mentioned to us with redone front bumper. The 300km return went well but a few days later the engine light came on. We contacted Alexis explaining the problem. The EGR valve had to be changed and something was wrong like the tires, a plastic under the bumper that was broken, a late service and the air conditioning that did not work. Alexis was very responsive, everything was taken care of by the dealership. We may have been unpleasant at certain times and we apologize for that. It’s easy to say when things aren’t going well, but you also have to know how to say it when people are doing a very good job. 9 months later the vehicle is running very well and we are happy with it so I highly recommend VBA automobile it is rare to have people who are still honest and very professional like that. Sorry again for the times when we were aggressive, problems on a car at 26,000 are never a pleasure. But when it’s taken care of in this way it’s really great. Good luck and we may come back for a new car ✌️
